ListingsAlive ("Company," "we," "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website or use the ListingsAlive Platform (collectively, the "Services").

2. Information We Collect

  • Account Information. Name, email address, and authentication identifier provided by Supabase Auth.
  • Billing Information. Stripe customer ID, payment method details (stored by Stripe, never on our servers).
  • Uploaded Content. Property images and generated videos stored in Amazon S3.
  • Usage Data. Minimal log files for security and error monitoring (no behavioral tracking or analytics).
  • Cookies. Essential cookies for authentication and security only (no tracking or analytics cookies).

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To create and maintain your account;
  • To process payments and manage subscriptions;
  • To generate videos via Veo3 and store them on S3;
  • To provide customer support;
  • To improve and personalise the Services;
  • To detect, prevent, and address technical issues or fraud.

4. Legal Bases (GDPR)

We process your personal data on the following legal bases: (i) Contract performance, (ii) Legitimate interests (service security and improvement), and (iii) Consent (marketing emails).

5. Sharing of Information

We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the Services:

  • Stripe – payment processing;
  • Supabase – authentication and database hosting;
  • AWS S3 – file storage;
  • Veo3 – AI video generation;
  • Infrastructure providers for security and hosting.

We maintain a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with each processor listed above to ensure they act solely on our documented instructions and provide adequate safeguards in line with Article 28 GDPR.

6. International Transfers

Data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside the European Economic Area. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal data as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. Videos are retained indefinitely unless you delete them. Backups are kept for up to 30 days.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access, rectify, or erase your personal data;
  • Restrict or object to processing;
  • Data portability;
  • Withdraw consent at any time;
  • Complain to a supervisory authority.

To exercise any of these rights — including permanent deletion of your account — please emailinfo@plwebsites.de. We will verify your identity and honour the request within 30 days. Account deletion removes your Supabase user record, associated videos, usage entries and billing identifiers from our systems.

9. Security

We use encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (S3 server-side encryption) and follow OWASP best practices. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100 % secure.

10. Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or platform banner.
